Fitur ini berguna untuk meminimalisir penumpukan pesan dan membagi porsi kerja agen secara merata. Di sisi lain, admin dan supervisor juga tidak perlu bekerja dua kali untuk mendistribusikan pesan secara manual kepada agen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah fitur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qiscus.com\/id\/blog\/101-fitur-handover-agent-pada-qiscus-robolabs\/\">handover agent<\/a> selesai dikembangkan, Qiscus Omnichannel Chat telah mengembangkan fitur Supervisor by Division yang membantu supervisor agen untuk lebih fokus dalam mengatur beban kerja, performa, dan monitoring pekerjaan agen di setiap divisi. Akses ke Chat Room<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitur Supervisor by Division dikembangkan untuk supervisor divisi. Jika supervisor tidak memiliki divisi, maka mereka bisa mengakses semua chat room sesuai dengan channel yang sudah ditetapkan. Namun jika supervisor memiliki beberapa divisi yang dibawahi, mereka mendapatkan akses pada semua divisi yang dibawahi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai catatan, chatroom yang bisa diakses oleh supervisor yang memiliki divis atau yang eligible adalah chatroom dengan agen yang memiliki channel dan divis yang sama dengan supervisornya. Perubahan Divisi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Perubahan divisi atau peran dalam sebuah bisnis adalah dinamika yang sering terjadi, akses pada fitur ini pun bisa disesuaikan secara langsung. Jika ada perubahan divisi, supervisor, dan agen maka aksesnya akan ditutup dan dialihkan kepada supervisor yang baru. Namun, supervisor hanya bisa mengakses laporan performa agen dari divisi yang dia bawahi. Supervisor tidak bisa membaca laporan performa agen dari divisi lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supervisor mendapatkan akses untuk membaca laporan hasil performa agen melalui fitur analytic yang tersedia pada dashboard. Namun, supervisor hanya bisa mengakses laporan performa agen dari divisi yang dia bawahi. Supervisor tidak bisa membaca laporan performa agen dari divisi lain. Semua divisi yang sudah pernah dibuat akan masuk ke daftar divisi yang ada di dashboard.
