Awalnya, Bank Raya mengandalkan contact center berbasis telepon yang dikelola oleh satu divisi, yaitu Digital Operations. Namun seiring pertumbuhan jumlah nasabah dan kebutuhan layanan yang semakin kompleks, pendekatan ini mulai menunjukkan keterbatasan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tim Digital Operations menyadari bahwa dukungan melalui telepon menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama dan menyulitkan mereka untuk merespons permintaan nasabah secara cepat dan efisien.
