Beyond shaping how we innovate, CARING also became the foundation of how we grow as an organization. In 2025, we brought this spirit to life through our expansion across Southeast Asia. After taking our first steps in Malaysia and Singapore in 2024, the past year became a meaningful milestone in strengthening our regional presence.

Along the way, we continued to strengthen our presence by participating in various strategic events across the region, continuing to engage closely with partners, customers, and industry communities.

This growth did more than expand Qiscus’ reach; it also strengthened our position as an AI-powered omnichannel platform. Since our rebranding in 2024, we have seen more businesses thoughtfully embrace AI at the center of how they serve, support, and engage with their customers.
To support broader understanding and open up conversations around how AI can be applied in everyday business contexts, we introduced the dAIlyConversations initiative this year. Through these exchanges, one insight stood out clearly: businesses don’t just need awareness of AI, they need solutions that genuinely make their work easier, more effective, and more impactful.
Alongside these initiatives, we continued to translate insight into action by deepening our focus on product innovation, building solutions designed to deliver real, everyday value. In 2025, Qiscus launched two new solutions: Qiscus AgentLabs and Ravelio Helpdesk, officially introduced at Conversa 5.0.
